Erin Donohue Lanzo
Erin joined the VOAMASS team in 2022, bringing two decades of experience in the behavioral health sector.
Mindy Miller, LMHC, LADC1
Mindy was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022 after joining VOMASS in 2011 and is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the organization.
Samata Sharma, MD, MPH
Samata was named Chief Medical Officer in 2021 after serving as Medical Director for the previous 10 years.
Ted Waterman
Ted rejoined VOAMASS as Chief Administrative Officer in 2023 with the key objectives of championing all employees at all levels to make sure they feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported.
Frances Becerra
Frances has been a key member of the VOAMASS team since 2017.

Mary Broderick
Mary joined VOAMASS in 2013 and is responsible for overall management of the accounting, payroll, and accounts payable functions.
Angela Eberle
Angela has been with VOAMASS since 2012, starting as recovery support staff in a youth adolescent program and working her way up to her current role of Vice President of Integration and Program Development.
John Griffin
John joined VOAMASS in 2017 after long tenures at both the Massachusetts Respiratory Hospital and Shields MRI.
Anthony Joseph
Anthony has spent the majority of his career with VOAMASS, working in nearly every area of the organization prior to being promoted to Director of Residential Services in 2021.
Matt Lane
As Vice President of Real Estate Initiatives, he provides leadership for planned and ongoing real estate projects, develops asset management strategies for the agency’s existing portfolio, and collaborates across the organization on strategic planning for the future.
Matthew Marrano
Building on his strong track record of service since joining VOAMASS in 2012, Matthew was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in 2021.
Allyson Wright, LMHC
Allyson joined VOAMASS as an outpatient clinician and was quickly promoted to Clinical Administrative Supervisor in the Behavioral Health Services division.
Meghan Gallagher, LMHC
Meghan first joined VOAMASS in 2021 as the Program Director of Men’s Hello House – Burt Street, one of our co-occurring enhanced residential treatment programs.
