
Mindy Miller, LMHC, LADC1
Mindy was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2022 after joining VOMASS in 2011 and is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the organization. Prior to becoming COO, Mindy served as Vice President of Integrated Services, where she was responsible for the integration of behavioral health services throughout the organization; guiding VOAMASS to become a trauma-informed care organization; and continued implementation of evidence-based practices. Mindy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor (LADC1).
Mindy has been honored with a National Leadership Award from Volunteers of America for her work as a key leader at VOAMASS throughout the agency’s outpatient, residential, and virtual care settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, a master’s degree in forensic psychology from Roger Williams University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University.
