Allyson Wright, LMHC
Allyson joined VOAMASS as an outpatient clinician and was quickly promoted to Clinical Administrative Supervisor in the Behavioral Health Services division. She was named Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance in 2021 due to her extensive experience, gift for training, and expertise in understanding and communicating policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ally oversees all trainings and reporting for the organization, measuring quality of care and ensuring compliance with various regulations.
Prior to joining VOAMASS, Allyson served as an outpatient clinician and case manager at the Door Is Open Counseling Center, where she worked with children, adults, and families conducting individual counseling and group therapy for mental health and addiction disorders.
Allyson is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), a Crisis Prevention Institute-certified trainer, and a commissioned minister for Volunteers of America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a master’s degree in education from Cambridge College.
