Meghan Gallagher, LMHC
Meghan first joined VOAMASS in 2021 as the Program Director of Men’s Hello House – Burt Street, one of our co-occurring enhanced residential treatment programs. During this time, Meghan worked closely with her team to improve resident engagement, treatment outcomes, and alignment of services with a trauma-informed harm reduction lens. In 2024 Meghan stepped into the Director of Outpatient Services role and provides clinical and operational oversight to the Behavioral Health Services clinics in Quincy and Taunton, as well as VOAMASS’ community-based and recovery-oriented programming.
Meghan has been in the field of mental health since 2012 and has experience in a variety of different settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric to outpatient behavioral health. In the last several years, she has held leadership roles focusing on program operations, clinical supervision, and ensuring services meet best practice standards. Meghan obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emmanuel College, a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Fitchburg State University, and is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).
