Frances Becerra

She partners with executive and senior leadership to provide diligent, intuitive, and proactive support across the organization. Frances regularly balances projects as diverse as improving our employee appreciation programs to working with clinical staff on electronic health record (EHR) initiatives. Frances is the VOAMASS Board of Directors liaison, managing all aspects of Board meetings, follow-up, and member communication. She provides leadership in the realms of employee onboarding, special events, corporate purchase management, and more. Prior to VOAMASS, Frances worked in the legal field. Her passion for non-profit work, commitment to the VOAMASS mission, and administrative leadership ensure that VOAMASS functions at the highest level organization-wide.
