We integrate employment exploration and training, job development and placement, and support services to help clients maintain employment throughout our programming.
Our caring team guides clients as they identify areas of interest, gain competencies and, if desired, complete credentialed training for employment in in-demand industries. Comprehensive case management throughout the process helps ensure success in securing and maintaining meaningful employment.
VOAMASS designs workforce development programs in partnership with employers and training providers to cultivate an environment that allows our clients to move toward self-sufficiency through meaningful work. We offer services targeted to specific populations, including veterans, individuals who are involved in the criminal legal system, and low-income individuals and families.
Our Model

VOAMASS also offers Bounce Global™, an evidence-based soft skills program that helps people discover, plan, and work toward goals for their future while breaking through the personal and emotional barriers that are holding them back.
