Request Veteran Services
Our robust veteran services programming helps those who served our country to improve their health and wellness, find and maintain housing, and achieve overall stability in the community.
Specific outreach services vary by region and may include:
- Housing supports including housing search and rent assistance or placement in our transitional housing program
- Drop-in veteran services center
- Behavioral health care
- Linkages to physical health services
- Assistance accessing VA and other benefits
- Access to food and clothing
- Transportation assistance (including automotive repairs and license reinstatement fees)
- Employment support/education and training assistance
- Connections to recreational pastimes that improve mental and physical well-being
Eligibility
All applicants need prior military service or service in the Massachusetts National Guard. Total time served, era of service, and character of discharge may vary the amount of assistance that can be provided. Also, certain resources can be used for family members of veterans. We encourage all past military or National Guard members to apply for assistance, and our outreach staff will work with you to determine where we can support you.
