Concord Park
Located in the heart of historic West Concord Village, Concord Park is surrounded by landscaped grounds that include walking trails and a picnic area on the Assabet River.

Forestdale Park
Forestdale Park, located at the site of Malden’s former McFadden Manor, is a vibrant and active community.
The community features three independent living apartments and 59 studio and one bedroom assisted living apartments. Forestdale Park offers a wide array of programs that keep residents active and engaged, including adult education lectures, cooking demonstrations, and musical performances.
Nashoba Park
At Nashoba Park in Ayer, residents have their choice of private studio and one-bedroom apartments and enjoy a variety of beautifully furnished community areas, including a sunroom, country kitchen, and spacious landscaped courtyard and patio.
Nashoba Park is also conveniently located near several shops, restaurants and banks clustered along Main Street. Regular social, cultural, and wellness events keep residents active and entertained.
All of our assisted living communities are licensed by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs. The properties are managed by Senior Living Residences of Braintree, a leader in assisted living throughout New England.
