At VOAMASS, we believe that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of the communities we serve. This spring, we brought that spirit to life with a special Staff Appreciation event at Fenway Park, where over 115 staff members gathered to enjoy a Red Sox game together.
It was a beautiful day filled with sunshine, laughter, and connection—an opportunity for our hardworking team to step away from their day-to-day roles and simply celebrate one another. From the cheering in the stands to the Sox bringing home a win, the event was a reminder of the strength and camaraderie that drives our mission forward.
Our staff give their all every day- supporting individuals and families across Massachusetts with compassion, commitment, and care. Events like this are one way we show how much we value and appreciate them.
