Matt Lane

Matt joined VOAMASS in 2020. As Vice President of Real Estate Initiatives, he provides leadership for planned and ongoing real estate projects, develops asset management strategies for the agency’s existing portfolio, and collaborates across the organization on strategic planning for the future.

Prior to his employment with VOAMASS, Matt spent seven years at South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC), including nearly five years as director of real estate development, and has an extensive background developing programming to support anti-poverty initiatives. He currently chairs the Norwood Board of Selectmen. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Kenyon College and a master’s degree in public affairs from the McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies at UMass Boston.
