
Becky Carlino
Becky was named the organization’s first Vice President of Development in 2026. She leads the design and implementation of our comprehensive philanthropy program including annual giving, major gifts, and grants. By establishing and nurturing relationships with donors, Becky’s work brings the community together to help VOAMASS achieve its mission of offering highly effective programs and services to people in need.
Prior to VOAMASS, Becky held various leadership roles over 11 years at another Volunteers of America affiliate organization, where she oversaw philanthropic giving and led two successful capital campaigns. Previously, she spent nearly 15 years in various roles at Western Reserve Historical Society in Ohio, most recently as Associate Director of Development.
Becky consults with the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy (Plymouth, UK), serves as President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5137 Auxiliary, and is Board Secretary at a volunteer-driven nonprofit. Becky earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron and has a wealth of nonprofit experience spanning over 25 years.
