Ted Waterman

Ted rejoined VOAMASS as Chief Administrative Officer in 2023 with the key objective of championing all employees at all levels to make sure they feel welcomed, appreciated, and supported. His goal is to ensure that VOAMASS remains an employer of choice, thereby attracting and retaining a top-notch and diverse staff.

Ted brings more than 25 years of experience in various leadership capacities at organizations providing care and support to individuals in need, including 17 years at VOAMASS in a variety of human resources roles. Prior to returning to the organization, Ted held executive positions at several Boston-area nonprofits, including Community Resources for Justice, Hope House, and the Committee for Public Counsel Services.

Ted earned a bachelor’s degree in English and philosophy and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Scranton, and a master’s degree in nonprofit administration from Notre Dame University’s Mendoza College of Business.
