Eligible organizations – Nonprofit organizations, professional associations and affiliate organizations may request to use Conference Room space for meetings, upon availability.
Hours of use – Upon availability, conference space may be used between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
Room reservation – VOAMASS requires reservations to be confirmed no less than five working days prior to event date. Requests for space are on a first come – first serve basis.
Cost – While there is no rental charge for rooms, all A/V equipment and/or catering arrangements, along with any additional rentals and equipment, are the responsibility of the group reservation.
Ethical standards – All groups reserving space must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation.
This space is a smoke-free and drug-free environment.
