CASA ISLA SHORT-TERM REVOCATION CENTER

Providing crisis intervention and case management for youth and their families

Funded by the Massachusetts Department
of Youth Services

The Casa Isla Short-term RevocationCenter  is a secure residence for adolescent boys referred by the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services. Casa Isla provides intervention and case management for youth and their families.  Within a secure learning environment, Casa Isla residents study and practice new skills and behaviors.

The goal of this short-term revocation residence is to provide services that address the young person’s needs, reduces his risk of re-offending, and prepares him to make an effective transition back into the community.  Our professionally trained staff reinforces positive outcomes by focusing on principles of trauma-informed care, positive youth development, behavior modification, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Restorative Justice.

Referrals: Casa Isla operates 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, and accepts referrals day or night through a closed referral system designed and procured exclusively by the Department of Youth Services.
